It seems to be working... even if it doesn't succeed. I think there needs to be more banning of soldiers in uniform in places here in the U.S. also... Disneyland for instance, lets them in free... they can be free to participate in the empirical desires of the United States if they wish, but we needn't be a part of it if we do not wish to be.
