The Gang in Blue... At it Again!

The police are just another, albeit well armed and organized, gang on the street to be avoided whenever possible

Whenever you find yourself even just in the presence of a police officer, at a party or event, politely if possible (impolitely if necessary), excuse yourself out of earshot. If the officer follows you, even at a distance, it is time to leave the party. Police are never off duty. If he/she hears something you say that they feel they can use to incriminate you and further their own carreer, they will. Don't give them the opportunity to hear something innocuous that they can spin into criminal activity... especially if what you say can be construed to be 'terrorist' in nature. If branded a 'terrorist', you can be arrested, spirited away, kept from counsel, tortured all with no formal charge or trial to give you a chance to prove that the police (government) is incorrect in their assertions. Don't give them that opportunity. Make sure your host knows that no information about you should be shared with anyone at the party. Police are dangerous, treat them that way!

Police beat 18-year-old violinist over Mt. Dew bottle

http://rawstory.com/2010/01/police-18-year-old-violinist-over-mountain-dew-bottle/

Police suspected he had a gun in his pocket. Apparently being suspected of carrying a weapon is a crime in and of itself, the police don't even have to feel threatened! After beating Miles in the head with a closed fist, the officers discovered the object was a Mountain Dew bottle. "Miles suffered a swollen face, hair ripped from his scalp and a twig jabbed through his gum during the incident."
Closed fists do not rip out hair, and just w
here did this twig come from? Miles has said that he was hit with a 'branch', whether from a tree or bush has not been said in any story I've read yet.
Again, the police are another gang on the street, albeit a well armed and organized one and should be avoided whenever possible.

This is What a Police State Looks Like

http://www.nothirdsolution.com/2009/09/28/this-is-what-a-police-state-looks-like/

"The right to peaceably assemble" no longer exists. The right to a fair trial no longer exists. The right to face ones accuser and examine the evidence against you no longer exists. What are we protecting? The united States? Or just our right to keep breathing? We are not the united States any longer. We Are Amerika. The Socialist, Totalitarian State. Welcome to the Brave New World.

Diss the Cops, Get Shot in Court

http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/35014.html

Although the details are sketchy, Payne ended up in a confrontation with the entire seven-officer police force, which degenerated into what was described as a “scuffle” (and is more accurately described as an act of gang violence against Payne).

I believe I've said it before... The police are just another, albeit well organized and armed, gang on the street to be avoided. Apparently even the courts, in their own hallowed halls, cannot guarantee ones safety against them!

Preemptive Arrest

http://www.commondreams.org/further/2009/09/02-0

"The city has admitted that people were arrested preemptively in this park," said attorney Robert Kolstad. "They arrested them because they were afraid of what they might do in the future, which is a dangerous path for our government to take. Taken to its logical conclusion, what it means is that the government now believes that they can come to our houses and arrest us because they think that we might do something wrong. Our constitution simply doesn't permit that."

21 Year Old Youth Executed By San Bernardino Police

http://www.federaljack.com/2009/08/27/21-year-old-youth-executed-by-san-bernardino-police/

Again, the best equipped gang on the street vents it's anger on a citizen. I wish I had the video to post here, but it's been promised once the SBPD gets it's lies in order. This should be interesting.

Man Jailed Three Months for Breath Mint Possession

http://www.reason.com/blog/show/135531.html

So much for innocence until guilt is proven. Little wonder why people run from the police, you can lose everything because you're eating a dinner mint!

Mom in minivan tasered twice in Salina traffic stop

http://www.syracuse.com/news/index.ssf/2009/08/mom_in_minivan_tasered_in_traf.html

Police dashcams can work in your favor, but even with this evidence the officer is simply 'reassigned'. This woman was tasered a little more than a minute after the officer took her license. After showing no physical resistance, just because she wanted him to prove his allegations, (which changed from cell-phone use to speeding during the course of the stop). Welcome to the Police State.

Drunken Deputy Wrecks Neighborhood, Gets Paid Vacation

http://www.lewrockwell.com/blog/lewrw/archives/33019.html

It’s not uncommon for people suspected of DUI who are in an accident to be taken to the hospital without being placed under arrest, assuming a felony isn’t involved. It is unusual for officials to delay filing charges in such cases for several days: As of August 13 — five days after the incident — charges have yet to be filed against Powers.

Again, the police are just another gang on the street to be avoided whenever possible. The gang watches out for it's own and attacks those who are not. The police see the public as an enemy, perhaps rightfully so, but only because of the behavior of many, even most officers.

Deaf Man Tased & Pepper Sprayed for using the Bathroom

Again, police are just another gang - shoot first, ask questions later. There was no reason to pepper spray when for all they knew, the person in the bathroom was ill unto death, having an asthma attack, heart attack, stroke, or for some other reason (LIKE MAYBE HE WAS DEAF!
Avoid the police whenever possible. They are not your friend, they are dangerous!

Tennessee Cops Caught Planting Weed On Man during his arrest

Again, police are just another gang on the street to be avoided whenever possible. Small wonder people run from them.
I remember being on a camping trip on the desert when a police investigator came to our campsite to investigate a crime that had happened nearby. We were armed with many firearms of various calibers for target shooting. I've never met a more polite police officer in my life. Could it be because he was outnumbered and outgunned?

Pregnant mother tasered at baptism party

http://rawstory.com/08/news/2009/08/03/grandpa-pregnant-woman-tasered-at-baptism-party/

Responding to a noise complaint in Prince William County, police sought to quell the assembled crowd — who they said were making too much of a racket — by firing a Taser at the child’s grandfather and at the pregnant mother of the baptized child.

My grandfather used to say "no matter how thin you make a pancake, it still has 2 sides...", I don't know the officers side, and I wasn't there to judge the occurence from a dispassionate perspective, but in most juristictions there is a graduated scale of response for police officers ranging from 1 to 5, 1 being verbal commands and 5 being deadly force. The taser generally falls in category 3 or 4, 4 of course being just short of deadly force. Without the taser, I can only assume that deadly force would have been used... was that really called for at a famlly party where children were present? I find it hard to believe, but again, I don't have all the facts. It does seem to me tho, that the police are just another gang on the street to be avoided whenever possible.
